What it is
A website is not finished when it goes live, and the work it needs afterwards is rarely exciting: updates that have to be applied, a change that has to be made, a question that needs somebody who knows the answer. This is that, on a schedule rather than in a panic.
What you get
- Updates that happen. The runtime, the libraries and the plugins, applied deliberately, with a staging copy of the site when the change is big enough to want one.
- A person to ask. Named, reachable, and already familiar with the site rather than reading a ticket.
- Small changes, untangled. A new page, a photograph swapped, a form that needs another field - the things that would otherwise wait a month for a project to come around.
- A monthly look. What changed, what broke, what it cost, and what we would do next.
How it starts
Tell us what the site is and what state it is in. If it is ours, the plan is a formality; if it is somebody else's, we audit it first and tell you what we find - including the parts that need more than maintenance.
