What it is
A website that looks like you rather than like the last one we made. We start with what the business is for and who it is for, then design the thing that answers them - which is usually far more distinctive than starting from a layout.
What you get
- A direction, not a mood board. Type, colour, photography and motion decided together, with the reasons written down so the next person to touch it can follow them.
- Pages designed from real content. Your words and your pictures, in the layouts they need, rather than lorem ipsum stretched to fit afterwards.
- A site somebody can run. Templates wired to the CMS, so the pages an editor writes land in a design that holds rather than in a blank field.
- Accessibility as a constraint. Contrast, focus states, keyboard order and headings that mean something - checked as we build, not bolted on at the end.
How it starts
A conversation about what the site has to do, and a look at what you have now. From there we agree the shape of the work, and you get a written proposal with a price and a date against it.
